Higher than Heaven

“Who is like the LORD our God, who is seated on high, who looks far down on the heavens and the earth?” Psalm 113:5–6

A little perspective: The LORD is so glorious and exalted that He even looks down on the heavens, not just the earth.

This means that there is a higher goal than even heaven. There is a higher gift, a higher calling, a higher home, and a higher grace than even to merely be heaven-bound – and that is to be Christward-bound.

“For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren” Romans 8:29
